1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RankTwig ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") at ranktwig.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the Service.

2. Founding Lifetime Deal (LTD) License

Purchasers of the $49 Founding Lifetime Deal receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access RankTwig subject to the following standard usage boundaries:

• Active Projects: Up to 3 simultaneous website/client projects.
• Tracked Keywords: Up to 20 tracked keywords per project (60 total across account) with automated 14-day SERP refresh cycles.
• On-Demand Keyword Lookups: 12 fresh third-party SERP lookups per calendar month. Cached keyword looks within 30 days are unlimited.
• Search Console Telemetry: Unlimited daily syncs and opportunity detections subject to Google's official API rate limits.

3. Google Search Console & Third-Party APIs

RankTwig interfaces with Google Search Console via Google OAuth2 read-only scopes (webmasters.readonly). You are responsible for ensuring you have valid authorization to access the Search Console properties you connect. We do not modify, delete, or submit sitemaps or URLs to Google Search Console without your explicit direction.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) AI Architecture

Generative AI features (Content brief generation, Deep Investigation) require users to supply their own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenRouter). You are solely responsible for any costs incurred on your third-party API accounts. RankTwig applies zero markup on BYOK operations and stores keys in encrypted form.

5. Crawling & Safe Web Scanning

When utilizing RankTwig's Site Health or 1v1 Page Battle scanners, you agree to scan only publicly accessible HTTP(S) websites that you own or have permission to inspect. You may not use RankTwig to scan private intranets, localhost ports, or flood servers with abusive request volumes.

6. Disclaimers & Search Outcomes

RankTwig provides heuristic search insights and historical experiment logging. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific search rankings, organic traffic increases, or revenue outcomes, as search engine ranking algorithms operate independently.
